They made their home in Rupert and later moved to Burley where they raised four children - 2 boys and a set of twin girls and have 9 grandchildren. While raising her kids she developed a strong desire to finish her dream to become a nurse and finish what she had started 4 years earlier.
She worked in the medical unit her first year and then moved to the Emergency Department for the rest of her career.
Maria retired this year on April 3rd and now is ready to embrace her new season in life. However, “Nursing will always be a part of my life and I just may still do something to continue to share it with her community”

He kindly delayed that career to follow Tracy to ISU where she got a bachelor's in science and her Dental Hygiene license. They moved to American falls and lived there until moving to the Cassia area in 2011. Tracy worked for 25 years in Dental Hygiene until she was forced to retire because of her health.
